Wow shocking service
Wow shocking service. Paid 17.3k for a vehicle over a week ago following the theft of my previous vehicle, due to collect today, email received yesterday at 4pm to say collection is not possible today due to a fault.OK these things happen gave them the benefit of the doubt, I was told after me calling them 5 times it was a battery fault at 12pm. I have spent the whole day trying to establish what the exact problem was, after 10 phone calls was finally informed at 4 today it was not possible for me to purchase the vehicle and the battery fault has now turned into a clutch issue, the fault I am told is a clutch switch that apparently is a straightforward job so why I can no longer purchase the car is beyond me !! I have been informed they need to refund me, I have now paid for 12 months tax which I now have to write to yes write to DVLA to explain the issue to be able to get a refund and a further 158 for insurance. All in all an extremely stressful situation after having my car stolen and deciding to purchase from Cazoo. The stress levels I have experienced today are due to the appalling service I have received from Cazoo. So I now have to wait for Cazoo to refund me before I am able to purchase another vehicle. Cazoo really need to get their act together it's unacceptable the way I have been treated by them. Please do not reply to my review that you will contact WITHOUT DOING SO ! Spoke to Chloe and Catherine who were extremely helpful who could only do their best, they could not contact the service centre all day by phone as nobody was picking up the phone
