Great Buyer Experience

I was looking to change my car a Hyundai I40 Having been a Ford customer in the past I thought I would give the dealership in Mallusk Co Antrim a try It was late on a Monday evening and was expecting to be told to come back another time Instead I was greeted by Simon the car salesman on duty who listened to my requirements and showed me a Ford Kuga which on inspection fitted my needs exactly The professional way he conducted conducted himself was of the highest standard and before leaving I had purchased the Kuga he picked for me I must congratulate Ford Mallusk for the excellent service provided and if my Kuga runs the way I expect it to, there would be no reason why I would go elsewhere when I am due to change in a few years We'll done Simon and we'll done Ford Mallusk

Truly poor service.

Sadly we came to Kent Elms on clearly the wrong day. We wanted to look at a Kia. The chap that came out just couldn't be more rude or less helpful if he tried. His whole demeanor was one of rather being anywhere else than there at that moment. After being largely ignored we persisted as we were really interested in the car so we tried to get a test drive. The process took ages at the end of which he shut my partner's driving licence in a drawer, even after getting all the details and a photocopy, when we queried that, and asked for it back, he threw the driving licence at her. That was the last straw, we had to leave. He made us feel like 3rd class citizens even though we had the cash to pay for the car in question. Not only has it put us off Essex Auto Group its put us off getting another Kia in general (we already have one) the Toomey Peugeot dealer seemed really friendly in comparison.

I purchased my car from Carsa and I had a fantastic service from them, start to finish. The team were absolutely amazing, so helpful and guiding me. I was also given a 30 minute test drive to get the feel of the car which I loved. And various calls to the offices at Carsa - everyone was so accommodating. Had to cancel our order for a brand new...

Had to cancel our order for a brand new car due to delivery being delayed further and further. Had a look at Cazoo and we're glad that we did! From start to finish the whole process has been easy, stress free and worthwhile! Whilst we haven't ended up with a brand new car it definitely feels like we have purchased one! Great price, great condition and great service! Will definitely use again!

Excellent Car Sales Company, Aberdeen

From beginning to end, the service I received from Specialist Cars, Aberdeen/The John Clark Motor Group was excellent. The price agreed for my new car purchase was fantastic and the Trade-in for my old car was £1,000 more than that offered by On-Line Purchase Companies. The Salesman I dealt with was very supportive in terms of the delivery delays encountered by VW Customers and kept me fully updated throughout the whole process. Based on my experience with this company, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other new car buyers.
